5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We ONLY ship domestically at this time. Shipping fees vary based on location and product weight.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time during busy seasons.

  • Shipping Method: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by third-party couriers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.

6. Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • Return Period: Due to the nature of the TCG Sealed Product business, we are unable to accept returns.

  • Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Please Contact us ASAP

  • Exchanges: NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED

  • Cancellations: Can be requested prior to shipment but subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
